Xero Improver

Open Material , Selection into the Selections Folder to PSP

Step :1

New Canvas 800 x 600 px transparent

FG color #e9f2db

BG color #869993

Effects Plugin MuRa's Meister Cloud

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance more

Step: 2

Copy " calguiswinterice10119 - paste as new Layer

Image Resize - to 64 % arrange to the top and to the right

Adjust Effects Plugin Xero Improver 10/10/10

Blend Mode - Hard Light

Copy " calguiswinter12119 - paste as new Layer

Arrange to the left - Blend Mode - Hard Light

Step : 3

Copy " anna.br_poem_to_a_horse - paste as new Layer

Image Resize to 70 % all Layers not chequed

Arrange to the right and tot he bottom

Drop Shadow

3 / 3 / 55 / 10,00 white repeat with -2/-3

Repeat Xero Improver

Step : 4

New Raster Layer - Select All-

copy " kTs_Cadre_Noell009 - paste into a selection - Deselect

Blend Mode - Hard Light

Effects Plugin Unlimited Buttons&Frames

Step : 5

Activate Layer 1

New Raster Layer fill with VG color or white

Selection - Load/Save- Load selection from disk

Invert selection - Delete - Deselect

Duplicate the layer - merge down- Rename into "Snow 1 "

Move the Layer on top of Layer 3

Duplicate the layer 2 times - rename into snow 2 and snow 3

Layer snow 2 - Image mirrow

Layer snow 3 - Image flip

Layer 2 and 3 became invisible

Copy the text or your own - paste as new Layer

Bring to the top

Watermark as new layer

Step : 6

Activate the Layer with the Frame (3. layer from the top)

Effects Plugin AlienSkin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Edit - copy - all layers - AniShop -

paste as new Animation - back to PSP - undo Xenofex -

repeat Xenovex - set Star Size to 3.27 and click Random Seed once

Layer snow 1 became invisible - snow 2 became visible

Copy all layers - AniShop- Edit-

paste after the selected frame - back to PSP

undo Xenofex - repeat set Star size to 4,27 and click Random Seed once

Layer snow 2 became invisible - snow 3 visible

copy - All Layers - AniShop - Edit

paste after the selected frame -

Edit - Select all- Animation

Frameproperties to 15 - 20 for me 20

Save your Image as a GIf
