Image Resize to 75 % all layers no checked

arrange to the right side - Blend Mode Luminancy L

OPen " Femme_fashion22-TubeM.pspimage - Image Mirror

Image Resize 75 % - copy - paste as new layer to you Image

arrange to the left side

Colorize 0 / 0

Drop Shadow 0 / 0 / 55 / 25,00 White

duplicate layers - Blend Mode Screen - OPacity to 42%

PLugin Xero Improver 10/10/10 to two Tub layer

Step : 3

Image Resize 85 % - arrange to the right side into the Clock

Layers Arrange Move down - and repeat move down

Blend mode Soft Light

duplicate - Image Mirror - arrange to the left side to Borders

Blend Mode Hard Light - Opacity 40 %

Layers Merge all - repeat Colorize 0 / 0

Step : 4

Image add Borders 4 px Color no from Image

activate Magic Wand Tolerance and Feather 0 - click to borders

fill with the Silber Pattern - Edge Effects - Enhance

Drop Shadow 1 / 1 / 55 / 2,00 Bleck - repeat -1/-1

Select none - Copy

Image Resize

Step : 5

Image add Borders 60 px in White- Magic Wand - click to Borders

Edit - paste into the Selection

Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur

Edge Effects - Enhance More

Selection - select all

New Raster layer - copy " Frame (537).pspimage - paste into the Selection

colorize 0 / 0 - Blend Mode - Hard Light

Edge Effects Enhance

selection Modify - resize 4 px - Selection Invert

New Raster layer - fill with the Silberpattern

repeat the Drop Shadow from Step4

Edge Effects Enhance - select none

copy the Text paste as new layer -Colorize 0 / 0

write the Year 2010 color Black

arrange under the Text - the Text Layer merge down

arrange the Text under the Borders layer - arrange to the right side

Drop Shadow 0 / 0 / 55 / 25,00 White

You Watermark paste as new Layer

Step : 6 Animation

activate the Text layer

Plugin Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Copy - All Layers - AniShop- paste as new Animatiion

Back to PSP

undo the last Step

repeat Xenofex -Don´t forget Random Seed need

copy all layers - AniShop - Edit

Paste after

the selected Frame

Edit

- Select all

Save your Image as a GIF
