Step :1

New Canvas 830 x 650 px transparent

FG Color #bda02d

BG Color #080600

Selection All- Open the Scrapmaterial - now its up to you

how you do your picture

I tell you how I do my picture

Copy from the Material_paper5_cg.png - paste into a selection

Selection stays

Step : 2

New Raster Layer

Copy " paper8_cg.png - paste into a selection - Deselect

Effekte Plugin AlienSkin_Xenofex 2.0_Burnt Edges Burn Color for me #9e8340

Image Resize to 90 % all layers not chequed, Ido not write this anymore.

Effects 3 D Effects Drop Shadow

3 /3/85/6,00 Color #bda02d

repeat with -3/-3

Step : 3

Copy from the material element28cg.png - ( fireworks )

paste as new Layer - Image Resize to 65 % arrange to the top and to the right

Copy " element27cg.png -paste as new Layer

Image Resize to 45 % - arrange next to the first fireworks

Copy " element_29cg.png - paste as new Layer -

Image Resize to 45 % - arrange below the both fireworks or as you like it

Rename the 3 fireworks Layer now to

fireworks 1 , 2 , 3 start at the bottom

Step : 4

Activate Layer 1 - Select All- Image - Canvassize

Invert Selection - New Raster Layer - Move to the top

fill with BG Color -

Select all - Image Canvassize

Invert selection - New Raster Layer - fill with FG Color

Plugin Graphics Plus Cross Shadow default (128/128)

Effects 3 D Effects Inner Bevel

Deselect - Merge Layer down -

Adjust - Noise - Add Noise

Rename into " Border"

Step : 5

Copy element34cg.png - paste as new Layer -

Layer move down- arrange to the left side

Drop Shadow 1 / 1 / 55 / 2,00 #bda02d -

repeat with -1/-1

Copy the Champangeglass - paste as new Layer -

move to the right side to the bottom

Adjust Xero Improver 10/10/10

Blend Mode - Hard Light - Repeat Drop Shadow

Rename into Champagneglass duplicate this layer 2 times -

Adjust to the Layer "Champagneglass" - Noise -Add Nose

To the first copy - Noise 43- Layer became invisible

2. copie Noise 53 - layer became invisible

Step : 6

copy " element21cg.png - paste as new Layer - Image resize to

65 % - Image - Free Rotate - To the right to 15,00

arrange to the right at first place

Repeat Xero Improver and Drop Shadow with BG Color

Blend Mode - Hard Light

Copy " Diamond Lil_LR-09-26-09 -paste as new Layer -

Image Resize to 85 %

Adjust Plugin Xero Improver 10/10/10

Drop Shadow 1 / 1 / 55 / 2,00 #bda02d -repeat with -1/-1

Move the Tube down to the border

Copy " Man Tube - paste as new Layer - Move layer down

Image Resize to 85 % - arrange behind the woman -

Repeat the Dropshadow

Copy " element36cg.png - paste as new Layer

Move layer to the top

Image Resize to 55 % arrange down at the leg of the woman

Repeat Xero Improver and Shadow with BG Color

Copy " element15cg.png - paste as new Layer -

Image - Free Rotate - To the left 90° - arrange to the top left side

Repeat Xero Improver and Drop Shadow

 

Step : 7

copy the Text from Scrap Material or your own - paste as new Layer -

Deform a little bit to the left

Repet Imrpover and Drop Shadow - arrange to the bottom or as you like it

Watermark as new Layer

 

Step : 8 Animation

Activ the layer "fireworks 1 - Blend Mode - Dissolve

Fireworks 2 - Blend Mode - Hard Light

Fireworks 3 - Blend Mode - Dissolve

Edit - Copy all Layers - AniShop - Paste as new Animation

back to PSP - Champagneglass became invisible - 1. copie became visible

Layer fireworks 1 Opacity 90 %

fireworks 2 Opacity 80 %

fireworks 3 Opacity 70 %

Copy all Layers - AniShop- Edit - paste after the selected Frame

back to PSP - 1. copy from champagneglass became invisible - 2. copie became visible

Layer fireworks 1 - Opacity 80 %

fireworks 2 - Opacity 70 %

fireworks 3 - Opacitiy 60 %

Your Range has to look like this

Edit- copy all Layers - AniShop- Edit- paste after the selected

Frame - Edit- Select All

Save your Image as a GIF
